Collective Care Series
These circles will incorporate psycho-education, somatic health and breathwork to get participants in their somatic bodies to begin to process trauma. We are coming together in somatic movement during the group processing circle so that debriefing, trauma care and systemic care can be processed.
Collective Pause Retreat – Costa Rica
This retreat is more than a getaway.
It is a meaning-making experience designed for those who hold a lot for others—leaders, caregivers, therapists, helpers, and women navigating recovery, burnout, or deep personal transitions.
Set within a spacious tropical retreat home in Costa Rica, this space invites you into a different rhythm—one where the nervous system can soften, the body can slow down, and the heart can reconnect to what truly matters.
