Programs

Peer Support & Circles

Our peer support groups and healing circles offer a soft place to land. Led by those with lived experience, these spaces are designed for mutual aid, deep listening, and collective care.

Training & Retreats

From professional trauma-responsive training to immersive embodiment retreats, we provide the tools to move from understanding trauma to living in wellness.

The Future of Healing: THEC

We aren’t just building programs; we’re building a home. The Trauma Health & Embodiment Centre (THEC) is our vision for a physical sanctuary—a space where community, clinical care, and creative embodiment meet under one roof.
